The End.
And Now the Beginning…

Now is the time for practice…

That is all that remains…

You have learned everything you need to sustain a deeply satisfying and enriching lifelong practice of meditation.

This is the end. But it is truly only the beginning…

It is the beginning to a journey of opening and exploring an inner landscape within you that you never knew existed.

Is there anything else I need to know?

There are literally thousands upon thousands of meditation techniques. Do you need to learn them to have a rewarding practice? Not really. If there is anything I have learned over the course of several decades of practicing, is that more is not necessarily, more.

Sometimes, less is more.

It took me some time, but I learned to listen and respond to an inner mandate to simplify my practice. If we have found each other and you are reading these pages, I believe you agree with me.

Just follow the simple rules you learned here and review the last section of each lesson periodically.

Your practice will deepen and refine. Your senses will be heightened. You will be happier and more content. And your intuition will sharpen. Listen to your heart and its inner promptings. You will be lead.

Trust yourself, always. The only times I didn’t trust myself in my younger life, I got in to trouble, particularly in relationships. The more you trust yourself, the more your intuition responds. It doesn’t matter how you experience or define the source of these inner promptings.

For some it may God or a favorite saint or it may be guides, or angels, or loved ones that have passed on who is perceived to be the source of inner wisdom. It may be all of them, or none of them. It doesn’t matter how you define or experience the source. Just know, the source (or the Force!) is within you. Let go. Listen. And trust. You will not be disappointed.

And as always, just practice, and enjoy!

And deepen and refine your practice in the directions you are led!

And let me know how it goes for you!

Blessings, love, and light,
Dr. Olga R Rasmussen
