This is a meditation I wrote a few years back for the season of Advent that was used in several settings.
While it may not be that season at the moment, it may enhance the season, your prayer and practice.
YOGA AND CHRISTIANITY: MYSTICAL PATHS IN TANDEM
While these two religions are distinct and not to be mistaken as traditions that overlap, there is much they share.
This study explores areas where the two traditions are similar in teachings, and spiritual practices.
EVERYTHING IN GOD, AND GOD IN EVERYTHING; MEDITATIONS FOR LENT, WINTER, AND SPRING.
The entries in this book were composed with winter, the season of Lent, and early spring in mind.
REIKI 1 MANUAL
While I no longer formally teach Reiki classes, it is very much a part of my practice.
I wrote this manual in my earlier teachings days. Later I studied with the International House of Reiki.
My teaching in later years was reflective of these studies, which spoke to my heart more deeply.
However, the material here is solid and serves as an introduction.
THE RIVER SPEAKS VOL 1
This offering is a collection of blog entries I made during a particularly challenging time of dealing with depression.
and how I began to navigate through it. It is a work near and dear to my heart and writing it was healing in and of itself.

Th is the sequel to the previous book.
